Breakfast: Good Morning Smoothie

This recipe can make one large serving or two smaller servings. If having the entire smoothie in one go is too stressful, try splitting ⅔ and ⅓ into two cups. Have the ⅔ portion first, and save the ⅓ portion as a snack for later in the day.
